Amanda Brugel
Pointe Claire (February 27, 2010 - Toronto ON). Pointe Claire is a small community that is located in the West Island, which is part of Montreal's Island. A lot of people who aren't aware of the name mistakenly believe that they are on the West Island extends westward from Montreal. However, the West Island includes everything westward of that city Lachine. Amanda Brugel was born there however her stay there was short. Brugel was raised in Courtice close to Oshawa, Ontario. She was determined to become a professional dancer, but because of a huge expansion, she outgrew every one of her dance partners. In an article published by Toronto Star, she revealed her height in heels as at 6'1 inches tall. As I grew older than my male partners I stopped. In the case of Brugel, it was her encouragement from one of her drama teachers from high-school that led her to pursue acting. The teacher suggested that she take on a part in the school's annual production. The teacher who suggested she take on a part in the school's annual play. This Fine Arts Talent Scholarship led her to York University, where she completed her studies in Theatre and graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in the year 2000. Since then, Brugel's participated involved in more than 60 productions, both in smaller and big ones. She gained the most recognition when she landed her part as Rita of the acclaim-winning series The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel was the only Canadian participant on the show in the season 1 of the series and she was only seen on occasion.
